I thought why, why don't I play like this more often? Ecstatic, full-on. It is so healing, integrative, spiritual and fun and all at the same time. I'm all for playing more! Well, it might not be the beach, but doing Pilates and playing on a fitness ball are activities that delight me too. So I'm off to roll around on some piece of equipment...
